Veterinary APIs Drug Enrofloxacin + Cefquinome sulfate in poultry diseases

98-Raw material medical for poultry Cefquinome Sulfate

Veterinary Medicine Enrofloxacin belongs to the third generation of fluoroquinolones broad-spectrum antimicrobials. It is rapidly and completely absorbed orally, and the peak of blood medicine can be reached in half an hour at the earliest; Plasma concentrations are higher in almost all tissues than in plasma; Therefore, these excellent characteristics make it particularly suitable for the treatment of systemic and bacterial infections.

Veterinary Drug Cefquinome sulfate mainly acts on the cell wall of bacteria, causing bacterial cell wall defects, causing the leakage of life materials in bacterial cells, resulting in bacterial death. Its antibacterial activity is much stronger than ceftiofur, and has a longer plasma half-life than ceftiofur, and does not have the nephrotoxicity of ceftiofur. Highly stable to β-lactamase produced by drug-resistant pathogens. Therefore, it also has high antibacterial and bactericidal activity against those pathogenic bacteria resistant to enrofloxacin. The effective dose used in clinical treatment is small, and the blood drug peaks quickly, the effect is fast, and the safety is high.

However, Animal Drug cefquinome sulfate is hardly absorbed orally from the gastrointestinal tract. In order to make up for these defects, enrofloxacin, which is well absorbed orally but has a high resistance rate, can be combined with oral almost non-absorbing but highly sensitive cefquinome, so that the treatment effect of bacterial diseases is better!

After enrofloxacin or cefquinoxime is orally administered to poultry and absorbed into the blood, their binding ability to plasma proteins is different, and the plasma protein binding rate of enrofloxacin can reach more than 90%; Under the same conditions, the plasma protein binding rate of cefquinoxime is only about 20%. That is, if Bulk drug enrofloxacin is combined with cefquinome and given to poultry drinking water internally, the binding of enrofloxacin and cefquinome to plasma proteins will produce a "competitive" interaction. Because those enrofloxacin and cefquinome that bind to plasma proteins have no antibacterial activity or very low activity, the real effect is free enrofloxacin or cefquinome molecules.

In addition to being compatible with cefquinome sulfate, enrofloxacin can also be combined with other Veterinary Apis Drug cephalosporins, amoxicillin, streptomycin sulfate, neomycin sulfate, colistin sulfate, apramycin sulfate, gentamicin, and sulfonamides, and the effect is enhanced.
