Indications/Directions for use: 

[Use1]Amprolium hydrochloride is an acidic white powder and Livestock Medicine. Aminopropionine can competitively inhibit the uptake of thiamine by coccidia, thus inhibiting the development of coccidia. It is mainly used for the control of coccidia in chickens, but it is prohibited for laying hens, and can also be used for mink, cattle and sheep.
[Use2](1) Raw material medical for poultry Amprolium had the strongest effect on chicken tender and stacked Eimeria, but had a slightly worse effect on toxic, Brucei, giant and mild Eimeria. Usually, the treatment concentration does not inhibit oocyst production completely. Therefore, at home and abroad, it is mostly used with ethoxamide phenylmethyl ester, sulfaquinoxaline and so on to enhance the curative effect. The inhibitory effect of aminoproline on coccidia immunity was not obvious. Drinking water concentration of 120mg/L can effectively prevent and treat coccidiosis of Turkey. (2) Bovine and sheep- Amprolium against Eimeria calves; Eimeria lamb also has a good preventive effect. For lamb coccidia, the daily dose of 55mg/kg can be used for 14 to 19 days. For coccidiosis of calves, the preventive dose is 5mg/kg daily for 2l days, and the therapeutic dose is 10mg/kg daily for 5 days. For isosporidiosis of mink, 120mg/L drinking water concentration for 30 days can effectively prevent oocysts from discharging.
